Nice. I always pick up mohair yarn and resell it, too.

I have some finds, but I have been super busy at work... and the hubster switched to Comcast, so I had trouble uploading the pics (they didn't save the way they usually do, and I had to hunt to find them.) All fixed.

These are from a little consignment shop a few miles down the road.

The most expensive thing was this sterling ammonite pendant at $7. Everything else was $3 a piece.

That Popesco bracelet...yowza. Her stuff goes for $$$ sometimes, so for three bucks you scored!

evelyb, check out this Mars and Valentine link. I just had a feeling this ring was something special.... it was unmarked, but I knew the pearls were real so I grabbed it. Go under rings, and look at the similar Botticelli ring. The hallmark was funny, I researched it and found the information. If you see any of it cheap, grab it! Oops, they are white topaz, not white sapphires.

The Popesco is small.... I could add a few round links to it and wear it, but it will be a resell item.

Thanks, Hollyblue. I can never figure druzy out. Is some of it manmade?

A lot of it is manmade, especially if it's set in costume. A lot of the real stuff is dyed too, if not most of it.

I'll be keeping my eye out for the Mars and Valentine / Echo of the Dreamer products. BTW - found your ring on Poshmark, sold for over $100 more than you paid for it.

Not a huge find, but I just knew these chairs must have some maker's name attached. Once home found Marcel Breuer. Got a set of two for $15 each. Keeping for now.

    Hi,
I found these 2 plates today. I thought they were pewter, but it turned out they are copper. Maybe silver plated?

Does anyone know anything about them? Paid 4 euro each. Thanks. plate 1.jpg plate 2.jpg

Maybe tinned copper, it’s difficult to tell from the photos. The top one looks like King Darius of Persia, I think.

A few goodies I found recently...

Modern Deco style sterling and glass stone necklace:

Yummy vintage Weiss bracelet, the safety chain is missing but I may have a replacement in my hoard of bits and pieces.

Thomas L. Mott vintage Deco sterling and art glass earrings. They came with only one of the original screw backs so I gave them pierced ear wires that are similar to the screw backs.

Marie, why do you think the necklace is modern?
