    Sorry for late reply, it only says Ivar T Oftedal - which was my dad, it is a note from the framing guys, so not much luck there!

    What about the rectangular box with printing above the chain? Maybe the paperboard manufacturer? Or did you mean that’s a note from the framing guys - what does it say?

    It is the name of the guy who framed it- a shop that has been closed for at least 20 years now- so nothing to find there i'm afraid!
