I have a similar saucer ( somewhere) and that isn’t marked either. Google comes up with the same style but with a glass base on worthpoint but no information on the maker.
One other dead link on Pinterest so I’d be interested to hear other suggestions.
    Many thanks :)

Unlikely you will find out very much about the manufacturer. The jar was most likely mass produced and sold to various decorating companies who then painted it as they wished. Similar items that I have found marked are usually German or Austrian but it could also be French or perhaps hobbyist. Charming little piece - this motif was quite popular in the first quarter of the 20th century.

A really cute box, KSW. I agree with Don, many of these were made in Germany.
The costume is not entirely correct, a bit of a tour of the Netherlands, but I've seen much worse.;). The girl's dress, apron and coral necklace are Volendam, in the province of N. Holland, her white cap seems to be Urk, presently in Flevoland, the hat with the blue ribbon on top of the lace cap was commonly seen in Axel, in Zeeland.
But I could be persuaded to buy it if it crossed my path for a nice price.

during Jugendstil era, especially the Dutch children were a widespread motif. to my amazement it seems people found them cute with their clogs, filled trousers etc.. in Germany even serious companies like WMF and Johann von Schwarz started to produce stuff with it.

I must say, the whole Holland-mania thing amazes me. I guess it started with the painters of the Haagse School, who inspired many artists abroad. Foreign artists flocked to Dutch villages where life and dress was still 'genuine', no industrialisation etc.

As a collector of Dutch costumes and regional jewellery, I can't complain, although things that stray too far from actual costumes (which is most) are a no-no.
