Also, is this on board, paper, canvas, etc?

I'm with Fid, Bavarian or Austrian dialect. And dress too, a Dutchman in regional costume wouldn't be seen dead in those short breeches. And a woman with that braid and no lace cap is a no no. Wot, no munny for a lace kep?
