Featured Gold Brooch or Pendant

Acquired this recently at an estate sale. Only marking on the back is IC.NS with the registered trademark symbol.

I know I have seen the pattern/symbol somewhere, but for the life of me I cannot find it. Any suggestions?

I agree with the listing, Cypriotic rather than Cycladic.
I also agree with kyra, in the sense that both Cyprus and the Cyclades are in the same part of the world (don't tell the people of Cyprus and of the Cyclades), and both styles are ancient.
