Featured Help identifying Italian gold rope and sapphire bracelet

I purchased an Italian 14k bracelet that I really like. Unfortunately the bracelet is too small and cant be sized. Inwas wondering if anyone could identify it so I could find a bigger one? I have looked for a few days online but cant find another one like it.

So I gotta wonder , how it didn't fit..?
