    Good evening

I’ve been offered this vase but can’t identify the mark. It reminds me a little of Montigny Sur Loing but is not their mark. It is also similar to some Torquay pieces.

Any ideas. I imagine it dates to c1900

    Thanks in advance.

Nice vase, but I would not call it Impressionist style. JMHO.

Theodore Lefront. I'm not sure about the date. That site shows Lefront made pottery from the 1870's-1910, but in the book 'Art Nouveau Ceramics' by Paul Arthur he gives the dates from 1860-1880.

Wow, so that's why my searches for "FL" went south. Narrow mindedness sure is limiting.

Not sure about narrow mindedness. I'm still looking for the 'T'.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

It’s also a bit like some Doulton Lambeth faience wares.
