Featured Help ID Art Pottery w. Curdled Glaze-Weller?

    Hi, Folks-
    I need your help here. This 9" pottery vase has a wonderful, unique curdled glaze. I think it might be Weller "Frosted Matte" but can't find the form or same coloration anywhere.     Definitely Weller, frosted matte. They made a lot of variations on this glaze. Killer piece!

    Thanks for chiming in! It's pretty sharp, isn't it? That glaze made my heart skip a beat.

    You have the wonder if it didn't occur the first time by mistake, and someone like the mistake.

    I'll bet that's true. And what appeals to one decade is anathema to another. Art is in the eye of the beholder I guess. But I think time is a wonderful distiller.
