Featured Little Tea Cup & Saucer-Maker ?

Here's a little tea cup & saucer I dredged up today.I thought it might be Chinese,Japanese,Euro-Aesthetic,take yer pick !
Any ideas who made it ?
Teensy tea cup's 2 1/4" high,saucer's 5" across.

Looks kutani in design but that E in the backstamp looks russian. Also it's very red which could again indicate russia. Is that an impressed mark on the back?

Just pointing out that there is a difference. I don't know the history of the company and whether they may have changed things through time. There is also more detail in the mark for Boseck that I'm seeing online.

 

I noticed the difference myself. Possibly some age old symbology that more than one backstamp was bourne from. The design on the front with the robins and red decor made me think it rings true though.
