    Not sure what is going on with this ring. It looks like it has a creature with scales and flippers? Holding a brown star sapphire? stone.

    It looks like a classical dolphin.

    First thing I saw in first photo was a bird holding the stone with the tip of its wings in front of its face. It does look scaly though.

    Yes, an Asian dragon. It is a bit like Nepali dragon rings, although not as nicely detailed.
