Featured Porcelain folks,a little help ?

Scored this to die for art nouveau vase and was so taken I actually paid $10 ! Yall know how i am about that,but I fell instantly in love. I found 2 others online but no one seems to know who,only Austrian art nouveau . Shes 8 inches high,no markings or impressed numbers,just the scrawled on one you see. All input is always appreciated.

I have on my "I'll restore it someday" shelf, this similar pose, as a chalkware lamp.

 

Very fun. Not your every day piece. Would totally laid out $10 for that!!

 

Is there a raised mark or banner beneath and slightly to the right of the numbers?
