it looks German to me - possibly nymphenburg - some of their marks were impressed without color and are very very faint
I would call these Hollywood Glam or Hollywood Regency - they should do very well if selling...

it's most certainly old.... there still is some very fine CUT glass coming out - but no one is really etching glass at this caliber in current...
