I can't find anything about Ionia Mfg Co other than them producing automotive stuff. Then the stamp over on the bottom has me confused....
I'm about 98% sure it smells of cologne, a cheap vintage cologne aftershave is what it reminds me of LOL. I do appreciate your info definitely...
