Well after taking a dozen pictures of the engraving due to its wear that was the best.
Serial number puts the Waltham works as made in 1905, case made by Keystone Watch Case. From the wear on the train engraving it appear to be well...

After talking to a Navy vet, his best guess on how an Army fellow would have got these would have been that he was TDA for the trip.
Anyone have any additional information on the case markings? Or did Waltham do there own case work. As you can tell I know little about watches.
