I have attached pictures of the back but it is difficult to decipher. I found this piece at a second Hand store. It was way up high but I spotted it
It measures 17" long and 15" tall without the frame. The frame measures 23 1/2 " long and 21 1/2 inches tall. The finish is matte.
And I see Chamelkon. I wish I could find an identical mark online. I've looked and looked. It could be new and It could be old. The world may...
It stands almost 10 inches tall. I cannot identity the maker.

Yes it is pottery
