Still researching... but I think it may be Royal Bayreuth, Bavarian. There are a couple of similar tapestry vases/jugs with similar scenes to this...
It's basically like when you break your age and they put it in a cast... except it's on a vase and they paint fancy pictures on it. :pompous:
