    I know! Me too. This plate even has an acid etched snow flake or flower in the center of the plate. Here's a picture, but sorry for the glare...

    Blue Opaline Hand Painted Cut Glass Plate

    My first thought when I saw this was it's French, but in looking at the enamel painting I'm leaning toward Bohemia. Got any thoughts either way?
