    Does this look like a period (2000BC -3000BC) piece? How about the worn paint? Why does it look like it's rubbed off? I thought it should be fired...

    Satsuma identify artist and age

    The signature on base appears to show a first and last name. Last name I can make out "Young". First name I can't but almost looks like "Ware"....
