I haven't figured out the mark, It's been repaired, has chips and much of the polychrome is worn. But I still like it, with all its faults.....

Yes, from the bottom of the metal base to the tip of the finial and the diameter is the widest part of the cover. The measurements rounded off.

I agree there are lots of fakes, I also agree that it looks a little off, but the workmanship of the silver base looks well made
