I guess it's safe to say it was made "in the 1850's." I think with a piece like this that you're going to sell the main thing people look at is...
Sorry, I was editing my post as you posted. I think your item is from 1856.
I have a Royal Crown Derby item from 1879 with the same buckle mark. I've seen that mark on items mostly from the 1870's and 1880's.
Edit: That circle mark with a line through it under the number 328 may be the date code for 1856. Your item is shown on page 76 of Parian...
The pattern is "Yellow Cherries and Matte Green." Circa 1905-1910.
Pots de creme missing their lids?
In the book Derby Porcelain by Twitchett the number 210 was assigned to a figure of Triton. What is the height of your figurine?
If the mark is for Fondeville it looks like it would be prior to 1920. There is mention in a 1920 journal about the name now being A. J Fondeville...
Gibus & Redon, Limoges. 1870's.

The paper label on that listing is for Gilman Collamore's Union Square, NY store which would date circa1870-until they moved to 5th Ave. in 1890.
Here's a cow with the same mark that sold for 90 euros in 2014.
Here are some on eBay. You could make a set! They don't state the age, though. Maybe Simply Ming-dynasty?
I don't know the maker, but if you haven't identified the item yet it looks like this Sunbeam crock-pot liner. Here's one with the pot. Maybe the...
The name above Made In Poland is Włocławek. I think your piece dates from the 1970's-1991ish. The company started producing again around 2002 and...
Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur, Berlin. It looks like their 1945-1962 mark.
Thanks for letting us know--might want to bid! Be sure to use an auction house better than this one.
The references I've found date from 1945-1951: Bethwood, giftware — Beth Weissman, New York, N. Y. (1951) WEISSMAN, INC., of New York,...
[ATTACH] It looks like a decorator's mark, one that I haven't seen before. Maybe a photo of the item might help?
This site states it's Fisher, Bruce & Co., Philadelphia. I don't know if that's accurate or not. When searching Google books there are a few...
