Thank you, that looks like a real possibility!
Just wondering...are these stones real or some sort of amalgam (if that's the right word)? The bow is 3" by 1 1/8". It weighs 1 3/4 ounces....
No dark stains as from tea. But obviously used...probably a young teapot. Thanks for your input!
I have a (very) little experience with Yixing teapots. I picked up this one because it has a lot of extra markings along with the square...
Thank you AJ! You confirmed what I figured and at least I know where it is from now. I will finish polishing it and take care of the stones.
This is a very pretty and interesting piece. I must say I was hoping it to be silver, but testing does not come even close. It is a 'puffy'...
I think these might be Czech beads. Here is a link to similar (different color) on etsy:...

Not dyed exactly, it is some sort of tinted finish.
Possibly similar to or the same stones that @evelyb30 asked about?...
Warning...bead sacrifice. There is definitely some kind of tinted sealer or glaze on these beads. But they do seem to be stone...broke one open;...
Did some more 'testing' before hitting Create Thread. The color is clearly artificial, but I still can't tell if it is enhancing a natural...
@Ownedbybear Do you do FaceBook? If so, there is a group called Bead Hunters. I just joined it recently. They seem to be very well informed...
