You can through Fenton Glass into the fray. They made water sets like that. Also Northwood and Dugan-Diamond glass co. too.

I don't believe that it is Trench Art. The metal looks like Stainless Steel. Decor Item maybe?
I believe that is a piece of old "Flint Glass"---Circa 1860-70's. Others will know and correct me.
