I think I figured it out. I’m pretty sure this is the maker. ChuanLhong Ceramics which is located in Lamphun, Lamphun Province (in Thailand)....
The only thing similar I’ve been able to find so far is this vase that a lady is selling online from Thailand. But the description is very vague....
