It’s Cauldon England and the name Meissen is just the pattern name nothing to do with Meissen of Germany.
Problem for me is that gilding at the top. Seems pretty crude and poor quality. Don’t expect too much.
I feel sure it's continental and 19th century but can't say any more. I found the same pic as Houseful but it led me nowhere.
Can't be a very common piece. Found one sold on eBay last year but too old a listing to find the price. Mark was used between 1979 and 1990
It’s definitely old early 19th c pearlware. Hard to say which factory.
I’m inclined towards to $20 the faces aren’t well done and the gold too bright.
