    It looks to be French Empire Style and hand painted but from what I can see of the the base that looks modern.

    Try searching Japanese blue and white stencil transfer. Probably c1900 value? Under £100. If I were selling I would be happy with £25

    It's a piece of transferware - probably English. Date could perhaps be anywhere from 1880 - 1920

    A lot of similar figures turn up if you search for “porcelain woman with lyre”. It’s a good quality piece - can’t help with maker.
