    Pity about the lid damage but it still completes the piece. Aesthetically it would have been nicer without the rope detail (well to me)

    Image search says it’s similar to an antique horn and horse teeth devil’s mask. Maybe Mexican in origin (but I don’t know,just guessing)

    Strange Swagger Stick?

    Yes bone. I think it’s from India,I had a very similar looking sword cane. The brass band was the locking mechanism to pull out the blade.
