Yep, not reacting to a magnet only tells you there is no ferris metal. A lot of metals don't react to a magnet.
I think it is "Peach Crest", I don't think Peach Blow a Fenton pattern.
For studio pottery, it would probably a good idea check local potters where you got it.
If you want to polish the inside use a nice, soft foam scrubber and Wright's Silver Cream, a foaming silver polish :)
