The 2nd set can't be any older than 1955 when AB Rhinestones were invented. Both sets look late 50s-60s to me :)
I found this set of 6 Fenton Silver Crest 9oz footed tumblers a while back, took a chance on them. My research shows they are very hard to find...

Vinegar will damage the pearls, don't do it unless you plan to replace them. It will also damage any rhinestones!

It looks like brass, not copper. I think brass would be more likely. Stay tuned, more knowledgeable people than me will be along soon :)
