    Elephant vase looks old? Plus, a big 24" Made in Italy Jaguar made of terra cotta and porcelain(?) o

    I bought this nice porcelain elephant vase at a local thrift store Friday - it appears old to me but I really can't say for sure - any thoughts?...

    How do I tell a antique oriental vase jar from a new one made to look old?

    It is a Sharpe & usually comes off unless it's something really porous - it's how they mark their prices

    Sorry I forgot measurements. It's not big enough to be life size - 13" W x 12" H I'm not sure what it a made of - plaster? I only know it's heavy!
