Beverly. Look closely at the bottom and see if you can see any markings on it. I have seen these before, but can't remember who made them.

On the bottom of the blue one, I think I see an acid etch in your picture at about 6 o'clock. give it a 2nd look.

Somebody will be along soon that might be able to help with the date of the box.
If the ring is original to the box I would expect the ring to have a Tiffany's mark too. But I could be wrong.

I know Fenton did this design with the cat head. Others may have copied it. I think I see a light Fenton mark just in front of the heel.
