The F is for a fine nib. Parker 45 Flighter from the eighties.
Left is backside and the right one is front. On two different size spoons.
One has a retailer mark of Hoard & Avery, the others are completely unmarked. It seems most believe they were made by Philo Gilbert.

The engraving suggests it may be rolled gold plate. The inner parts likely were badly corroded. Minimal value to collectors. Probably 1930s or so.
