Hard to say. Style is pretty non-descript and could have been made for a lot of years the same way. Probably no earlier than the 50s.
Think this to be a fairly modern import from Asia..... sometime last 30 years???

Out of my realm of expertise. Certainly appears to be older than 19th century but can't say much beyond that.

I also get a Spanish impression from this but would not rule out it being an Asian import.
My initial reaction would be Mexico but would expect it to be pine. Wood looks to be a tropical hardwood so maybe Southeast Asia or India....
