I could be wrong, but that wide bangle looks like it could be badly tarnished silver, give it a polish and see how it looks :)
I think you will need to take it to a jeweler to get info on quality of the stones. I don't think anyone can tell from a photo.

If you don't see any bubbles in the stone it may still be glass, it may not. If it is set in 14k you will want to have the stone tested :)

Just a quick thought, if the stones are not drilled with a hole for stringing I wouldn't call them beads, but that's just me :)
JMHO, no one can ID as stone positively from a photo. Take it to a jeweler who can test it to make sure what it is.
