I think its a 1960-70s mediterranean style chair. I bet its comfortable as sin,but not particularly valuable.
Knee jerk is a student piece,but a cool one. Always include a pic of the bottom even if theres no mark,youd be surprised what people can tell...

In the 80s when decoys were all the rage a zillion of then were made in Asia for the decorative market. Id say thats what these are.Love the seal...
