I think the bottom might be a later addition,the top seems to have some age,but Im a rank amateur so hopefully others will have more info.
I noticed last night what seem to be mold lines? Would that indicate newer? Did they use molds in the 18th century? Thanks so much for the input...

I get more of a 1930s vibe,maybe because the roses sorta look like Macintosh style?
American impressionist style,its really very pretty and well done.Is that a faint pencil signature I see on the back?
