Looks to be a variation on a Roman chair circa 1890, I should think. Any information you have on history would be helpful to determine origin.
It is a standard glaze vase. Many companies made them but searching this term should bring up similar.
Nice example of a late Victorian oak dresser circa 1900. Original finish as far as I can tell and generally good condition.

Think a bit earlier. Turn of the century give or take. Transitional oak library table with arts and crafts design influence.
I also think Belgian or, possibly, French in origin. Pre WWII, I should think.

In the 80s there were companies that specialized in converting these old French armoires to TV use. Retail on them was sometimes as high as 10K.
