    I got a super unique lamp today, you could say it's out of this world.

    So unique,I love it ! Obviously someone crafted it from parts they had laying around,couldnt you imagine it in a kids room ? :)

    signature near impossible to read...

    Wet the tip of your finger with spit and rub it over the signature. it wont hurt it and we might be able to see it better. You might have to do it...

    Since its shaped exactly like the Syroco ones,could someone have just "gussied" one of them up ? Isnt Syroco "faux" wood?

    I vote newer(50s-60s) as well.The quality just isnt there for truly old ones.

    That dovetailing on the top isnt something you see on a generic piece. I think this is a tad "better". But Im often wrong,so there is that... :)

    hi new member here looking for some advice

    Lovely art deco dressing table. I dont think it was meant to sit on anything,its just a low piece. People were a lot shorter back then ! :)
