Those mounts on the bottom lead me to think these were actually meant to be used in a moving object. Those are quite nice.
In my opinion its fairly new,maybe 70's,80s,90s,but it is indeed pretty. Decorative value there for sure.That brass and marble lamp looks pretty...
It does have a European arts and crafts vibe,but like you,darned if I could find anything remotely like it.Its a gorgeous piece nonetheless.
