I think the Haviland mark in this case is a red herring. That may be the retailer rather than the porcelain company. GDA was a French porcelian...
I hate to say it, but probably not a lot. Those inflation/Weimar stamps are cool, but not worth a ton.
I don't see a hallmark either, just a design number and a heart. Also insurance numbers from a long time ago. Meaningless now.
