I believe in the case where a claim is made, you can submit comparables to prove your replacement cost.

You know, you can reply to a post without giving an answer to the OP's question. You can comment, ask for clarification, etc.
As you know, you can search Google books, but they actually search anything published in print I believe.
I believe that is a reference to the map itself. It was created by Verne Ray, using information from the people cited.
