It could have been assembled in on place from parts from two others. Hard to say. Mine showed up on an unrelated junk chain.

Seconded. I think the OP scored, but get it tested. If it's real 18K those eyes are diamonds with platinum backing them.
My hunch would be the clasp is a replacement.
