Sorry about that. I didn't realize at first that the tablespoons had a different mark than the teaspoons.
Your spoons are triple plate, '12oz' indicating 12 troy ounces used for plating per gross on the tablespoons, and '6oz' indicating 6 troy ounces...
So the mark does NOT indicate the weight of the spoon, obviously. The tablespoons, marked 12oz, weigh 58 to 60 grams, and the teaspoons average...
