As aj says, it’s absolutely Sterling, which in British hallmarks is 925 content silver. Britannia silver is 935, but marked differently.
Seller didn’t pack well enough. That needed bubble, then tight taped cardboard, then more bubble , then a stonking solid box.

That stencil airbrush is quite common on domestic wares here. More mass market utility pieces, and nowt wrong with that.
