I cannot find this label anywhere. The glass is extremely thin and delicate. Finely engraved with the imperial eagle, monogrammed and has wreaths....

no they are not sewn onto anything they are individual poodles
on purpose I guess since it is stitched across the bottom, wouldn't catch many crumbs if they were cut out... LOL
