Looks amateurish to me so you might not find the artist.
I dont think it's a bad drawing. Wouldn't say amateur as it's pretty well done and detailed.

Hand painted resin possibly. The area I circled looks to be resin colored? [ATTACH]
Remove the matting and see if there is anymore info at the bottom
Also I see the date 1987 then the k inside the letter d in between the date.
The signature looks to be more of a date. I kind of see the letter K inside the letter D. Maybe initials? As far the printing process it appears...
