I haven't used it on ceramics, but it definitely takes color off of other items. If the vase has a value if $700, I would never use a magic...

Wouldn't have a clue what that goes for but congrats! I would suggest soap and water for marks but nothing more.
They got back to me this morning and indicated that they bought it from another collector. I think my quest will stop there :)
