the damage on it has a kind of ancient look, could it be a Chinese bird species?
there are similar rock crystal ones all described as chinese, some of the carving on the base looks like it could be in chinese style aswell
im convinced its the same one looking at it

Interesting, a simple rustic decanter like that probably wouldn't have survived that time anyway but something about the glass quality made me...
It doesn't really have a green tint over here it might just be your screen, but glass is still glass all the same
