@kraftblue put a hair on edge at base and try to burn it if it burns it is not jade. Make sure hair is tight. soapstone is a very very soft stone
@Serendipity blown glass with flared lip the mark on the bottom is called a pontil. Where the bottle was held with a rod in the blowing process...
@Shunkpenn looks mold blown With applied handle late 18th to early 19th. Don’t think the stopper is original to the piece most likely a cork stopper
