I do indeed! That's a very nice one. I'd think 20s or maybe 30s, glass seed beads. Moire silk lined by the look of it and in very decent condition.
Not all Mdina is polished. I have about 300 pieces.
I suspect it's a badly done Mdina mark. That's a very typical design.
It's usually hand enamelling.
The scale is actually the differential on that "rule", if that makes sense. I'l see if I can find an explanation which doesn't go into reams of...
