It's not IoW, although I can see why you might think it is - shape and a bit of azurene like finish. Base is all wrong though. The signature...
I bought a very cheap one on Ebay. As aj rightly says, really useful. The glow is a blue veil with amber, rather than a point of light.
I don't think studio. That blue and the shape is often Japanese. So is the clay. And the mark is a stamp rather than a signature.
Agreed, moulded relatively modern costume.

I agree, classic Deco. Old toothbrush with a wee bit of window cleaner spray on it won't hurt, done gently. Nice bit of engine turning.
We have very strong trading standards and misrepresentation laws here, that may explain some of it.
Hm. Gut feel is that this is an Asian/Chinese pseudo mark made to look older. The object has that feel to it.

British stoneware, absolutely typical. Made extensively in London, including by Doulton. Scottish ones are a little more unusual, nineteenth...
They're minimal value, sadly, as they were produced in the tens of thousands or more.
